Frank Schmidt-Küntzel has been Business Owner Campus Networks at o2 Telefónica since 2020. Within this role, he is responsible for the coordination of private 5G Campus Networks sales and product domains.
In his previous role, as a Global Solution Engineer IoT, he was responsible for IoT (internet of things) and campus network technologies in the Multinational and Large Enterprise division. Prior to that, he had different sales and product-related roles in the IoT department. Before joining o2 Telefónica in 2012, Frank Schmidt-Küntzel was Senior Global Service Product Manager and responsible for consulting and optimisation services at Nokia, e.g. for the introduction of new technologies such as QoS (Quality of Service) Differentiation. He began his career in the Mobile Networks division of Siemens, coordinating, among other responsibilities, world-wide Expert communities and network design activities in several countries.
